*UK BASED APPLICANTS ONLY*Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.*FULL TIME**UP TO £47K SALARY**37.5 HOURS PER WEEK**Tezlom* have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced *Clinical Home Manager*, to join a well established *24 Bedded* Home based in *Halesowen, West Midlands.*Working with the local medical professionals to provide a care offer that enables residents to continue to live their best life possible.We are looking for an experienced *Clinical Home Manager* who can lead, motivate, and develop a strong team with a track record in delivering high standards of care.This role is ideal for an experience Care Manager who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity. Our client is offering a salary of up to £47 per annum.*Responsibilities*
  • Have strong leadership and coaching skills. Communication skills are vital to be able to demonstrate empathy, engage team members, and work with families and residents alike.
  • Proven management experience at a similar level
  • Established leadership skills to manage large teams
  • Effective multi-tasking and priorities workload
  • Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements
  • effectively manage the Service’s budgets and deliver the Key Performance Indicators set for the Service.
  • To ensure that the Service complies with all statutory obligations and relevant legislation (e.g. environmental health, health and safety).

  • Experience of Managing a service of a similar size and client group* * *
