Our independent, highly professional and supportive client is currently seeking a Small Animal Vet to join their team.

To be ideally suited to this role, you will be caring, conscientious, articulate and compassionate, animal welfare and client care focused, with a desire to always administer the very highest clinical and surgical treatments. You will be a team player, keen to assist others and ready to learn from them too, hold a strong skills list, being happy to carry out all routine ops including rabbit spays.

In return, this role will provides: Your on personalised consult room, laid out to your requirements, receive client/animal/case ownership, allowing you to build strong trusting relationships. Access to work cases relating to charities (Cats Protection & Fox Welfare), will be given complete case autonomy, whilst also providing experienced colleagues for case e if needed, as well as a generous CPD allowance and training toward Clinical Directorship or Certificates.

  • 4 day week & ¼ weekends
  • No OOH or Bank Holidays
  • 15min consults
  • £50-60k salary (depending on expertise)
  • Up to 20% of salary on target bonus
