CK Group is recruiting for a Clinical Drug Safety Manager to join a full service CRO. First 6 months in the office, able to work on a hybrid basis after the probation period.

Clinical Drug Safety Manager Role:

  • Manage Clinical Safety activities and multiple large programs.
  • Oversee clinical safety case management and aggregate reporting responsibilities to ensure client needs are fulfilled to a high quality.
  • Write departmental SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Attend business development activities such as presentations to prospective Sponsors.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and clinical safety experience, including project management and ideally line management experience.
  • Previous experience of managing clinical safety activities for multiple programmers.
  • Experience in writing departmental SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills.
