Summary
The Goole Foot Clinic is looking to employ a part-time Administration & Clinical Assistant.
The successful applicant will have good customer service skills, have a sound knowledge of Maths and English and be a competent user of IT.
Main duties will include (but not limited to) -
Ensuring the smooth running of the clinic
Answering the phone
Meeting and greeting customers
Answering emails
Booking appointments using the clinics IT system
Housekeeping in the reception area, clinic rooms and clean room.
Stock management and orders
Additionally there may also be a requirement to assist with duties associated with minor operations and other clinical tasks. Previous experience of this type of work would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
This is a part time position with some flexibility in the hours and days to be worked. There is a minimum of 16 hours a week with additional hours available as necessary.
Job share is available.
The employer can offer some flexibility on the days and hours worked but days expected to work are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We do also open Tuesdays and Thursdays on alternate weeks – but this may change.
Salary – Starting on the National Living Wage but to increase once fully trained.
