Morgan McKinley is currently working with a global consultancy who are keen to get 8 Client Solutions Leader on board to join their team in the UK.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design & articulate an innovative technical approach/ solution architecture based on your understanding of client’s business and technical needs
  • Work with the Business Development Partner to identify key opportunity areas for the client
  • Assist in sales pitches and enable proactive campaigns to bring forth Kyndryl’s capabilities and offerings
  • Be a trusted advisor to the client, pro-actively educate and guide discussions to win new clients
  • Proven years of experience as a solution architect / technical advisor: developing solutions / working
    with certain technologies e.g. Cloud native development, Hybrid/ multi-cloud, DevOps processes and
    tools, Application migration program, Hyperscaler, RH, AI
  • Significant experience in leading an IT transformation project

Leadership & Relationship skills:

  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team to develop a global architecture approach / technology transformation roadmap

Sales & Industry skills:

  • Ability to engage in consultative selling and draft effective sales pitches to showcase offerings
  • Knowledge of 3-4 industry trends, challenges & dynamics
