We are an award winning IFA firm in the Midlands providing investment and retirement advice to a wide range of high net worth individuals, executives, businesses and estates. We work within a leading Shropshire accountancy practice, along with local legal firms, and are part of a larger IFA business owned by a FTSE 100 company.

Here Is What We Are Looking For

We are looking to recruit a client support manager to work with our clients and Advisers as we grow the business, offering individual support and driving the client relationships. This roles requires you to be proactive, ability to use your initiative and confidence in dealing with accountancy colleagues and clients alike. We are a paperless office and use leading IT and investment platforms. Ability to "pick up the phone" to clients and providers is essential, as is the idea of setting your own work schedule and diary. We operate tight deadlines for work turnaround and accuracy in all dealings with clients is crucial.

Background working in IFA business is an advantage, as is experience in dealing with clients and providers, and progress in CII exams would be expected.
