We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) who will support our delivery team in providing first class solutions to our clients.

This is an entry level position; however you should not underestimate the challenge and stretch this will provide.

There will be opportunity for progression and increased responsibilities for the right person.

The role would be well suited to a bright, ambitious new graduate who is keen to develop and grow with us.

The successful candidate would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Planning, scheduling, and liaising with clients to arrange face to face and web meetings on different video conferencing software.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and support requests.
  • Providing ongoing support pre and post workshops and building relationships with clients as they do so.
  • Producing and maintaining high quality guides, resources, workbooks and relevant web pages to support service delivery – mainly PowerPoint, word and PDF.
  • Contacting potential clients via phone and email for relationship building and warm sales lead development.
  • Event logistics and management – both virtual and Face-to-Face.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Be a master in Office 365 and proficient with video conferencing software and with the formatting and design of documents.
  • Have high attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to presenting their work.
  • Be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Have strong personal and professional integrity.
  • Be an effective communicator.
  • Be flexible to the demands of the client.
  • Be able to work at a fast-pace, whist remaining measured and organised
  • Have experience of working in a customer-facing and/or professional services environment.

The role will require a probationary period of 3 months to ensure fit and suitability.

The role is primarily office based, with the option of more flexibility after the initial probationary period. Hours will be 9am-5pm with an hour lunch break.

Own method of transport is essential due to limited public transport to and from the office – location Dulford, Cullompton.

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
