Client Services Assistant Bournemouth or Chandlers Ford The Role: We have an exciting position available within our Client Services Team based at our Office in Bournemouth or Chandlers Ford. This role will involve working as part of our Client Services Team, who are an integral to the successful running of the business. You will have experience working with Outlook and Excel; on a telephony system and Teams although this is not essential as training can be provided. You will likely have a background working in customer service ideally from a legal background or professional services environment, but again, this isn’t essential. Because this role is an essential operation role, you must be willing to work full time in the office. As this role is telephone based, you’ll have a friendly and professional manner, together with a desire to deliver a first-class level of service to our clients.
