Client Service Leader – Aon FSG (Chelmsford, UK)

We’re hiring!

We’re recruiting for a Client Service Leader to join our team in Chelmsford. You will be primarily responsible for leading the team of Client Service Advisors and for effectively and efficiently managing and monitoring service levels supported by the CSA team on behalf of clients in the Financial Services Group (FSG).

About the Role

As a Client Service Leader some of your key responsibilities will involve:

Client Service Delivery
Ensuring the delivery of a co-ordinated and managed high quality, innovative client service in accordance with the minimum standards and FSG operating model.
Liaise effectively with Offshore, Client Managers, Client Directors and the Broking team to ensure client needs are met and concerns are addressed.
Manage the resource effectively to ensure service standards are maintained at all times
Contribute to the development of strategy through the Area leadership team, in turn ensuring effective working relationships between the New Business, Client Management and Broking teams, so that together they drive service, revenue and profit growth.
People Management
Lead a team of CSAs through coaching, development and performance management, ensuring completed objectives with supporting personal development plans in place, supporting them to achieve their objectives.
Attract, develop and retain talented individuals within the team, whilst acting as a role model, encouraging problem solving and innovation and to support the team to achieve our service standards.
About you
As a Client Service Leader your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Understanding the insurance market dynamics
Educated to Degree level or equivalent preferred
ACII or equivalent preferred, but by no means essential
Effective leader, providing guidance support to staff, with the ability to address and resolve performance issues
Strong technical knowledge in Financial Lines and P&C insurance
Good influencing, listening and communication skills
Adaptable, focussed and self-disciplined – driven to achieve results
Practical application of programme and project management methodology
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, MS Project, Visio
