“Perfect Sense Energy are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to come into our business and hit the ground running, supporting our wider team.

Established in 2010, Perfect Sense Energy operates a highly successful business model which is growing rapidly and offering and ever-expanding array of sustainable energy solutions and associated services. In short, we help businesses to Buy Better, Use Less and Generate their own energy.

We are looking for a highly ethical individual who is organised and driven and can lend themselves best to supporting our business and being a team player to help everyone push forward. Our clients are our most valuable asset and we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to ensure all of our clients receive exemplary service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the Head of Sustainability and Strategy, ensuring all customers are supported and well informed throughout their system life-cycle.
  • You will also liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful communication is delivered to our clients.
  • You will be expected to nurture a deep understand of the customers business and their key challenges. Acting as a key partner to their business.
  • It is a proactive role, where you educate the clients over time on services and products that would be of benefit to their business.
  • Deal with accounts from sales handover and initial setup through analysis, negotiation and dealing with any queries, all the way through to renewal.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to extract long term value for them and the business.
  • Collating data from various sources to provide value add insights to clients.
  • Producing reporting and recommendations for clients existing and new
  • Able to manage a range of client sizes and sectors equally.
  • Keeping up to date with market and technology drivers
  • Being Proactive in identifying cross sell opportunities
  • Producing periodic reports
  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify new growth opportunities

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in the Energy/Renewables industry helpful but not a requirement.
  • Have excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and other team members.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive way
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and computer literate
  • Strong Attention to detail
