- Generate business growth from existing clients.
- Manage implementation, on-boarding, training, increasing adoption, promoting retention, and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Establish and develop trusted personable relationships to help drive value of our solutions and services using success strategies and best practice.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external management to understand needs and consistently maximise retention.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, build trust and rapport whilst identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices and document.
- Review the consultant journey, identify how it is supported and take a measured approach in assisting consultants overcome issues to deliver goals.
- Collaborate, problem-solve, plan upcoming client meetings with sales and marketing team members.
- Help prepare appropriate documentation and measurables for the client, demonstrating the performance of campaigns; analyse trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Work with the marketing team on advertising campaigns.
- Experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Active team player, self-driven and can quickly adjust to priorities.
- Imaginative and creative.
- Experience and proven track record in New Business Development, Account Management and Client Services we would consider your application.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software preferred, however bespoke training will be given.
