Location: Amersham, HP7Salary:Up to £30k + bonusHybrid Working pattern:3 Days in office with Wed/Thurs as WFH daysWe are a fast paced, growing team based in Amersham looking for a dynamic individual to support us on all aspects of client management and servicing. This role will primarily focus on supporting our clients to ensure they have the best experience using our platform and fostering engagement with their end users.About us:My Wealth Cloud (MWC) was founded in 2011 by a management team with a background in financial services. Having successfully launched a digitisation and secure storage solution to help individual private clients manage their home paperwork, MWC developed The DocPortal, to change how the financial industry and other businesses communicate with their clients. MWC works closely with many St. James’s Place Partner Practices.The DocPortal enables businesses to securely distribute communications to their clients’ smartphones through their own company mobile app, assisting with effective marketing, whilst enhancing the client experience.The Role:Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement with our existing client base
  • Build strong relationships with our existing clients and ensure their requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
  • Analyse client usage reports and undertake client review meetings (phone/video)
  • Provide technical solutions to improve business processes and enhance engagement with their end users
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage queries through to resolution
  • Produce regular management reports and statistics
  • Provide client feedback to the rest of the DocPortal team to drive future development roadmap
  • Full training will be given on our systems and processes
The Person
  • Previous client relationship experience is needed with strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate logical and practical troubleshooting skills, using your initiative and decision-making skills
  • You will possess the ability to manage your time and prioritise client/business needs accordingly
  • Collaborative team player
  • You need a good general level of IT competency
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Experience and knowledge of the UK Wealth Management sector and/or other professional services (e.g., Legal, Accountancy) or the IT/Software sector, would also be advantageous
