A rapidly expanding Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation in Northumberland are looking for a Client Proposal Coordinator to join their client Services Team on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for someone looking to step into a more commercial and client facing position.

As the Client Proposal Coordinator, you will meet with clients, both on and off-site, to determine their individual work needs. You will coordinate with Business Development, Subject Matter Experts and the management team to create a diverse range of technical work proposals for review, approval and delivery to the company’s clients.

Key Skills And Responsibilities
  • Working with Lead Scientists, Business Development and potential clients to determine the scope of work requests.
  • Hosting and attending teleconferences and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Creating work proposals and the associated pricing elements for review, approval and delivery.
  • Creating indicative project timelines, mapping out interdependencies and aligning with resource availability.
  • Generating opportunities in Salesforce and maintain them for the lifecycle of the opportunity.
Requirements
  • A degree in Chemistry/Analytical Sciences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for a client facing role
  • Experience of working in CMC environment would be advantageous
  • Experience working in a client facing role would be ideal
  • Experience in Synthetic Organic Chemistry is beneficial
