Our client has an exciting opportunity to work as part of their experienced Software Implementation Team to help them deliver, support and manage software applications across the food industry.This varied role will include data analysis and reporting, business process analysis and project management, as well as client visitations and support.
The Role
We are looking for a technically minded, intelligent and enthusiastic individual who will relish the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth of this dynamic business.

The ideal applicant will have a passion and aptitude for computer software and systems, have experience dealing with customers (either face to face or over the phone) and be both enthusiastic and well presented.
Key Responsibilities
Providing support for the senior implementation consultants and client support teams
Accompanying senior managers on client consultations
Configuring database settings and customised technical outputs
Preparing and supporting delivery of client training sessions
Assist with Software testing and agile QA process, providing detailed responses and ideas for improvement where appropriate
Scope, configure and deliver bespoke technical solutions
Manage complex projects and consult with high profile clients
Shape and contribute to the development of the product and its evolution
Analyse and solve complex business problems in an efficient way for both the business and client
Key Skills
Strong mathematical, problem solving and technical skills; a scientific degree (ie. Computer Science, Mathematics or related subject) would be favourable but not essential
Self-motivated, highly organised and able to manage time effectively
First-rate analytical skills with good attention to detail
A willingness to learn and an ability to grasp new concepts and ideas
A working knowledge of spreadsheets (in particular Excel) and databases
Professional, articulate and able to communicate well at all levels
