Client Partner Manager - Sales– Communication Business Unit: Location- preferably United Kingdom, or Germany

The communication business provides solutions and services to CSP’s, key enterprises and other communication carriers globally. This business has grown over 30% year on year and has been investing on new technologies and areas to become a valued partner to its customers.

In order to support the growth and be the differentiator in the market space, we are seeking an experienced and seasoned client partner manager to lead our new and existing account business sales in the EMEA region.

Role and Accountabilities:

Role

The EMEA Client Partner Manager – has responsibility for Cyient’s EMEA technology business results, account growth and expansion, new business generation, marketing and business execution. Through effective leadership with the account managers, working with delivery leads and communication strategy team. Your key accountability will be to deliver quarterly business results, win new business solutions in existing and new clients, own and execute a strategic road map for the key accounts while also ensuring we position our new services and technology solutions that support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

This position will report to the Global Vice President of Sales – Communications.

Key Accountabilities.

  • Lead the execution of the EMEA region vision and strategy
  • Hunt for large revenue opportunities in the EMEA region
  • Lead the sales management process and execution of new business within the EMEA region.
  • Deliver Month and Quarterly order input and revenue for EMEA region
  • Implement new initiatives to position solutions and services to support Cyient’s Communications strategy.
  • Manage monthly Sales Force opportunity pipeline with our new technology solutions
  • Participate in marketing events, PR and promotional activities to expand the Cyient brand
  • Manage Lead Generation function and related tasks.
  • Lead Business Development, RFP’s while working with the bid response team


    Profile:
    We are looking for a successful candidate who wants to join a team where they can really deliver success and influence the strategy for the business. We want candidates who are excited about driving sales and can bring leadership to the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the industries such, such as in telecommunications. This experience will ideally have been gained working with companies with digital transformation, IT, modernization and cloud. Working knowledge of Contract T&C’s, Pricing Models/ Outsourcing models,and 3rd Party Partnerships.

    In addition, the successful person will possess the following:

  • The ability to manage growth and change in a global matrix environment
  • Deep experience of telecommunication markets and relevant industry experience around the type of work and services/digital solutions Cyient offers
  • Has driven new technological initiatives with the key enterprises, carriers, software partners to drive revenue in existing and new accounts
  • Experience of managing strategic change and bringing new services and solutions to market.
  • Leadership and people management experience
  • Comfortable and effective in a hands-on selling role
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Cultural sensitivity, diplomacy and commercial awareness
  • Confidence, credibility and influencing skills
  • Stakeholder management experience, at all levels
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

    We would expect the successful candidate to have a College-degree-level education and to be a member/fellow of at least one relevant industry body (but not necessary).
