About the role

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, professional, hard-working customer service advisor to join our busy Client Communications team at Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists. The successful applicant will be experienced in managing telephone bookings and will ideally have experience in a call centre or busy customer-facing role.

You will be working in an innovative, fast-paced and growing independent Opticians that prides itself on outstanding eye care and providing our clients with the best solutions, so they can see the world clearly and get the best from their lives.

Being a Client Communications Advisor is a key part of our organisation and often the first point of contact for our clients, meaning your telephone manner should be friendly, professional and confident at all times.

What will you be doing?

  • Booking client appointments in to practice diaries
  • Updating client information on our database
  • Looking over multiple diaries to ensure any appointments booked are correct and booked smartly.
  • Managing your time to achieve targets
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks on an ad-hoc basis
