An exciting and challenging position has arisen with Walsall Community Nursing Service.

We are looking for a motivated and well-organised administrator, with excellent communication, interpersonal, IT and organisational skills to provide administrative support to the Community Nursing service.

You will need to have excellent skills and experience, with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload to meet the necessary deadlines, use initiative and maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy at all times.

You will be highly professional, motivated, reliable, have a flexible approach to work and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will have the ability to liaise respectfully with clients using tact and courtesy at all times.

As the initial contact for clients and their relatives, you should have excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good organisational and computer skills.

Qualifications NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent and or training and experience appropriate to the departmental role.

You must be willing to travel within the working day throughout the borough.

The holder will need to be able to work around an 8am-6pm rota
