The cleanliness and sanitisation of our stores, offices and workspaces has never been more important. We strive to maintain excellent standards of hygiene and immaculate displays of our products for the benefit of customers and staff alike.

To ensure high standards of presentation across our Downtown Grantham site and contribute to offering a quality customer experience, we are seeking a part-time Assistant to join our Cleaning team.

Duties include preparing both the Downtown Grantham and Downtown Garden Centre stores for trading ahead of opening, maintaining cleanliness of lobbies, entrances, toilets and restaurants across the whole site, as well as routine sanitisation of touchpoints and seating areas. Ad hoc tasks such as tidying and cleaning up spillages will also be required.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated, reliable and able to communicate effectively as part of a small, close-knit team.

Although not essential, applicants would be at an advantage if they have relevant cleaning experience.

Hours are usually worked during 3-hour morning shifts on five days per week, although there may occasionally be a requirement to cover duties beyond these hours during store opening times. Flexibility is key and you should be available to work varying days and additional hours if required.
