Established in 1963, Dunsters Farm are a family run foodservice delivering chilled, ambient and non-food products to catering customers.

Dunsters Farm Foodservice is an award-winning, independent food wholesaler with depots in Bury and Oswestry. Dunsters Farm are looking to recruit a Class 2 Multi Drop Driver to deliver customers in the North of England from their depot in Bury.

What will you be doing?

• As one of our drivers, you are the face of the company.
• Our drivers work closely with our customers to offer the very best service.
• Once you’ve completed your induction, you will have a multi-drop route of your own, enabling you to build a strong rapport with customers.
• You will start work from 4am, Monday - Friday, depending on your route.
• You will be contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday although often a typical week will be less than that.
• If you are interested in more flexible working options to suit your lifestyle, we also offer part time and term time contracts.

When will I work?

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

What will I get paid?

Term-time salary: £24,015.38 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay).

Upon passing your probation, you will be able to earn a quarterly bonus of up to £3,000 per annum.

What does "term time only" mean?

You will only be required to be on shift for 39 weeks per year (school term time), for the other 13 weeks (school holidays) you will not be required to work, however you will be paid pro rata, meaning you still get paid monthly throughout the year, regardless of whether you are on shift or not.

What skills and experience do we expect?

• You will need to have a Class 2 license and valid digi-card.
• We expect high standards from our professional drivers.
• We don’t require years and years of experience, but what we do ask for is a willingness to learn and develop.
