Thoroughly investigate circumstances of liability on all cases. Gather evidence and argue liability in favour of our clients.

Control and monitor all live claims.

Monitor progress and status of claims and stay up to speed with repair situation of clients vehicles. Including total loss claims.

Liaise with clients, work providers, and all external parties regarding the progression of each claim.

You should find it easy to build rapport on all levels, be engaging and remain both professional and personable at all times.

Experience of Microsoft computer packages is beneficial and is experience of working with Proclaim.
