Position Description

Claims Administrator –Renault Trucks
You will be responsible for processing claims for our Renault Truck Dealerships in the UK. You will work through a queue of claims and cross reference with other teams and information sources to complete claims. This is a Grade 3 position.

THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES
We administer Renault Truck warranty and contract claims for the UK and Ireland. The team has one other Claim Handler and a Claims Manager reporting to the National Technical and Warranty Manager. We are based at our Warwick head office and have a substantial period of service between us. We are very knowledgeable lending our support to new comers and longtime colleagues alike.
  • To provide a professional service to our dealers in processing claims and pre-authorising repairs
  • Check for legitimate parts and labour where necessary, discuss any anomalies with the dealership
  • Ensure the system reflects correct vehicle and customer data
  • Liaise with technical team to ensure that any supporting documents can be supplied to support the claim.
  • Assist in audits of claims and maintain the contract procedure manual
  • Prepare adhoc reports as required using Excel.
