We are looking to recruit an individual with recent claims experience to join our established Insurance team to provide a claims handling service in respect of non-injury liability, property and motor claims.
You will have at least 2 years recent experience of handling non-injury liability, property and motor claims. You must be able to work on your own initiative and effectively manage and prioritise your workload. You must be able to work to high levels of accuracy whilst working to a time constraint.
You will need to be well organised, have a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload accordingly. You must have an excellent telephone manner and customer skills. You need to be able to remain calm and focused when dealing with members of the public who challenge our decisions, both in writing and on the telephone.
You will have a good level of education, with a good standard of computer literacy and keyboard skills including spread sheets, databases, email and internet.
