Bespoke Credit Hire Limited is a dynamic and growing credit hire company that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Financial Administrator to join our company and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Assessor to play a key role in our Claims Department.

As a Financial Assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing financial documentation (i.e. bank statements, credit card statements and income documentation) submitted by clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

The successful candidate will liaise with internal teams to investigate claims, analyse financial documentation, and make informed decisions to facilitate the claims settlement process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Dealing with daily enquiries via post, phone and email and directing queries to the relevant member of staff or department.

· Review and assess financial documentations submitted by clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams/management and solicitors to gather relevant information.

· Conduct thorough investigations to ensure accuracy and compliance (i.e. checking for any other suspected accounts and any problems which could hinder their claim)

· Communicate effectively with clients to gather additional information or clarify details related to their claims.

· Completing all administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company standards.

· Supporting members of staff with workload and tasks as requested.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Financial Assessor or similar role in claims management is preferred but not essential.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Good understanding of all Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Salary:

We offer a very competitive salary which will be discussed on interview with the Director.
