Here at Hamilton Barnes we are a Recruitment Consultancy that focuses on recruiting Networking & Fibre specialists in the UK and Europe. We are currently recruiting for a Civils Supervisor to join a Carrierbased in the South and South West (Multiple Locations)

Role
  • You will work closely with the Civils team leader to supervise and develop a team of excavation/reinstatement/ support gangs ensuring work is delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently, and in accordance with all industry and company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise multiple teams carrying out works upon Openreach’s network to agreed safety & quality standards
  • Allocate team members to form excavation and reinstatement teams based upon skill, utilisation, geography and daily availability, ensuring all practices, conduct, performance & safety standards are complied with.
  • Act as an escalation point for logistical issues that may arise and work to resolve them

Experience
  • NRSWA Units 1-16 for Excavation/ + Reinstatement + Supervision
  • CSCS Health & Safety
  • IOSH - Managing Safely

Salary
  • Up to £34,258
  • Performance related bonus - up to 10% and a civils bonus
