A fantastic opportunity is available for a Civil Project Engineer to join our Engineering team. The purpose of this role is to manage the planning and implementation of capital and revenue projects, covering Civils, Structural, Buildings, Utilities and Infrastructure as well as construction design management.

You’ll:

  • Plan, execute and lead project activities for feasibility studies, specifications, supplier selections, commissioning and validation within demanding timescales.
  • Review designs and project proposals
  • Generate and manage budgets
  • Ensure adherence with relevant health and safety guidelines throughout the lifecycle of projects

You’ll succeed because…

You:

  • Have experience in managing internal and external resource to ensure project activities are completed on time and on cost
  • Are experienced in Building and associated infrastructure design
  • Have a working knowledge of GMP requirements for facilities desired
  • Manage external contractors whilst adhering to safe working practice and specific HSE requirements
  • Can demonstrate management experience of multiple concurrent projects
  • Have the ability to identify and manage project blockers before a critical path is affected
  • Can plan engineering works to minimise impact of production operations
  • Are adaptable and flexible to changes required from the business
