Job Description
  • Contract/commercial management
  • Develop and improve contracts tools
  • Prepare, review and analyse Early Warnings and Compensation Events
  • Review and validate monthly payment applications
  • Prepare and deliver reporting
  • Financial Risk management
  • Maintain the risk register of the contract(s)
  • Perform Audits of the contract holder
  • Financial Lessons learnt
  • Record and share lessons learnt from everyday activities for the benefit of others on the project
  • Implementation of lessons learnt from previous projects and other contracts

Qualifications


Essential:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in civil engineering
  • Project management qualification and/or experience
  • Contract management qualification and/or experience (preferably NEC3 or similar target price contract)
  • Knowledge of and/or experience of civil engineering design contracts in the nuclear sector or other heavily regulated industry (such as oil & gas, rail,…)

Additional Information
  • 12 months Fixed Term Contract
  • Salary/rate – depending on experience
