Four has gathered huge momentum over the last few years, trebling both in terms of sales and headcount and we’re expanding rapidly. We have strong ambitions to scale the business and are busy implementing new initiatives and revenue streams in order to continue our growth trajectory. We’re looking for a CRO to support this and play a key role in the development of Four Recruitment.
As part of the senior management team this is a pivotal role directly influencing the future of Four Recruitment, and covers new business sales, increasing revenue from existing clients, marketing, and partner strategy. The role requires a high commercial individual who will be looking at ways to generate and retain revenue across multiple channels with a long-term view whilst putting the right strategies, tools, and metrics in place.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop strategic and business unit plans which increase revenue and profit
- Develop the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to long term relationships
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with C-level executives of key target clients and channel partners
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers’ needs and respond with products/services that maintain customer loyalty
- Participate in key industry events to increase awareness of our products and services
- Develop an understanding of market forces, industry trends and competitive position
- Find emerging markets, new opportunities and develop new products/services to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the business
- Build on the existing high performance culture by attracting, hiring, and retaining top sales talent
- Develop sales strategies and matrix’s for analysing sales performance and take action if off track
- Oversee campaign strategy, design and execution for marketing and sales to optimise buyer engagement
