OnceHub ( www.oncehub.com) is an innovative and thriving Software-as-a-Service company that provides inbound lead acceleration solutions to organizations worldwide.

We have always been a remote company, where everyone works from home across seven countries and five continents: United Kingdom, India, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, South Africa, and the USA.

We are a company that has never taken any external financing. All our growth to date has been financed solely by our customers. While we do have big aspirations to grow into a prominent B2B SaaS player and go public, we plan to go through this journey without raising any private capital.

As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we have decided to bring on board an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead our Customer Success, Support and Sales functions.

Due to time zone requirements, we will consider candidates located in the UK / Ireland only.This is a remote role so you will work 100% from home which saves you commuting time and allows flexibility. This flexibility will come to good use as you will utilize the earlier part of the day for internal-facing activities and the latter part of the day for external-facing and market-related activities.

The successful Chief Commercial Officer will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Revenue growth in a B2B SaaS company with a freemium product model
  • Using a data driven approach to analyze the customer base
  • Using customer behavioral lifecycle metrics to improve conversion, activation and reduce churn
  • Develop customer activation, upselling, expansion and elongation strategies
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize efforts in the most efficient manner
  • Ability to design processes and optimize them over time
  • Strong leadership skills that empower team members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An organized person that pays acute attention to details
  • At least 10 years experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in the CRM/Marketing space
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in Product Management/Customer Success /Sales/Revenue
  • At least 3 years experience of leading and managing remote teams of at least 30 team members
  • Strong educational background with relevant degrees in Business/Marketing/Analytics
We have multiple talented managers in our customer facing functions but we are now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer that will drive customer success strategies and initiatives. As such, we will only consider candidates whose profile matches the above requirements.
