Job description

We are looking for a chef with a la carte experience to work for us in a gastro pub two days a week covering the chefs days off.

The position is available every Mon and Tues working a 1200-2000 straight shift pay rate is £14ph plus 0.30p per mile mileage plus holiday pay (hour rate including hoilday pay is £15.69).

This would suit a chef who has experience at Sous chef level in either a restaurant or Gastro pub and used to cooking to order.

You will need;-

  • City and guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or nvq equivilant
  • a la carte experienced at sous chef level plus
  • food safety level 2
  • your own transport as the Gastro pub is in a rural location.
  • Calm and friendly demeanor.
