The Role

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals who can manage and deliver the catering service in line with required budgets, regulations and procedures. You will also be required to manage a small team to plan menus, order supplies, cook and serve traditional homemade quality nutritious food for our customers.

These Services Include Catering Facilities, Which Cover The Following

Our aim is to provide a range of services on-site that match the needs of residents.
  • Breakfast and lunch service in our attractive, on-site cafes - open to residents, their friends and families, and the local community
  • Individual catering packages for tenants, with room service where required
  • Event catering for social activities
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS Check

What You Will Need

You will require excellent presentation skills and a passion for producing quality food. If you hold a current level 2 food hygiene certificate, can manage and work well as part of a team then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. Ideally the successful candidate will also hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 3 in catering (or equivalent.)

You will be working in a demanding and fast-paced environment, so you must be a conscientious, empathetic and hard-working individual who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.

Given the environment you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication, strong team working, organisational, interpersonal skills and maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.

You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards our customers, suppliers and colleagues in order to achieve consistency with the high levels of performance, efficiency and quality that is expected of our Employees.
