Eden Brown Education are working with a leading Further Education College in East Sussex to recruit for a Head Chef within the college restaurant..

We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated Head Chef to join our team. As Head Chef you will have previous experience at the same level or similar. You will have first class organisational and communication skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and manage the team to produce food to the highest standards and run our kitchen efficiently. You will have the knowledge to manage and lead a team in all aspects of staff management, including personal development and appraisals. You will be passionate about food demonstrating creativity by producing innovative menu ideas, and delivering great quality products.

Applicants are required to have

• Experience of working in relevant industry
• Excellent knowledge and experience in food hygiene
• Worked as Chef at a school or college desirable but not essential
• An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is on the update service, or be prepared to apply for one
