Contact us to find out more. **IntroductionWere looking for a passionate Chef to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home,Woodpeckers in Brockenhurst, Hampshire.Youll take the lead within our well-equipped kitchen, using your creativity to develop and deliver exciting dishes. Our food complements the luxury surroundings. We use locally sourced fresh produce to provide that home from home taste to our meals selected using resident feedback.,Talking with our residents and understanding their needs, youll produce wholesome, well-balanced and nutritious meals to aid their health and wellbeing and tantalise their taste buds too!Youll lead both the kitchen and waiting staff to deliver a first-class dining experience, inspiring them through development, motivation, creativity and encouragement, making a difference to our residents day, every day.And all shifts finish at6:30pm, so youll enjoy that all-important work-life balance!About YouYoull have an infectious enthusiasm for what you do and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident dining experience. Youll be a natural communicator, a team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of fun.Youll take pride in understanding our residents needs and leading them through a unique and exciting food journey, building lasting relationships along the way.Youll have qualified to City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ Level 3 in Catering / Cookery, and have previous experience in a similar role.
