The Executive Chef of a luxury country hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to work the main kitchen of this Michelin Star property. The hotel has a number of dining options available to its guests, so in this role of Chef de Partie you will have a varied role preparing fresh seasonal dishes made from locally produced ingredients. This is a very popular venue for weddings, events and conferences especially during the busy summer period. Requirements: An experienced and strong Chef de Partie who has a minimum of 2 years working in a similar high standard multi outlet hotel and with a minimum of 2 years working in the role of Chef de Partie. Previous experience working in a kitchen serving multiple dining outlets where you were cooking with all fresh ingredients is essential.
