Job Title: Chef de Partie Location: Boat House, Neston, Merseyside Salary: £9.05 - £10.00 Per Hour Tips where applicable Benefits.   • Hydes Chef de Partie Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. About Us
