Located in the Beamish Valley conservation area, Red Row Estate is the beautiful 37 acre setting to The Black Horse Beamish, The Orchard Marquee and our extensive lavender field. On site luxury boutique accommodation is provided by our bespoke buildings, Old Red Row, Huckleberry Cottage and Red Row Retreat. The kitchen is equipped with some of the best equipment around and will give you all the tools you need to create, develop and consistently produce the best products available in the country. We can offer a fantastic hourly rate of pay (fully negotiable), great staff food on duty, free parking on-site, and a laid-back but professional work environment. What we are looking for: Passion for preparing and cooking quality fresh food Experienced chef with good knife skills and can work well under pressure. Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure A self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop your career as a chef Willingness to learn and strive in a fast-paced environment Requirements:
  • Experience in a high volume kitchen, ideally with experience of banqueting/events/weddings
  • Your own transport due to our location
