My client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen brigade at a popular Restaurant in Truro.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a busy kitchen.

You will also;Enjoy a challenge and be eager to learn new skillsEnjoy being a key part to a dynamic teamBe expected to assist with consistent and high level running of the kitchen whilst remaining calm under pressure, covering Head Chef duties regularly.Be enthusiastic, passionate and professional

Full time permanent role working 5 days out of 7 however flexibility within the role is desired.IMMEDIATE START

Annual salary between26,000 - 28,000 depending on experience plus service charge approx 3000 per year
