The Atrium, a best of Scottish Restaurant & Bar in Aberdeen City centre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie.

The Role

• Assisting the kitchen operation including food service, line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
• Supervising all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards
• Working with kitchen team to ensure that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well-managed
• Working with the kitchen team to adhere to quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards·
• Assisting with managing the food inventory and ordering stock Ensuring that customers receive excellent quality food

The Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a CDP Chef role with a proven track record of 1st class service delivery
• Knowledge of Scottish cuisine with the ability to continuously evolve & improve the menu using modern techniques
• Dynamic & driven individual with excellent communication skills. Ability to work as a part of a busy team
• Excellent overall culinary skills
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food preparation & safety procedures
