CHEF DE PARTIE - GRAND PACIFIC MANCHESTER

Grand Pacific – Our homage to the golden age of high society, where deep rhythmic baselines writhe through the air and sweet botanicals tantalises the senses. The home of exotic cuisine and sophisticated sipping looks forward to making your acquaintance.

As Chef De Partie for Grand Pacific, you will need ambition, speed and a passion for flavours! You will be working with fresh ingredients and a great team, under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Our restaurant is busy, and you will need stamina and skill to ensure our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. You should have the ability to focus, multitask and communicate whilst adhering to company specifications and producing the high-quality food that our guest have come to expect.

Our menus change seasonally requiring you to attend training sessions to bring you up to speed with new dishes.

Hygiene will be of major importance to you. You should be able to adhere to our health and safety policies and it goes without saying that being a team player is paramount.

Grill experience preferable.
