Chef de Partie– Exciting Gastro Pub – Heart of the Derbyshire Peak district Location – DE45 Package - £11 PER HOUR doe Excellent Tips Hours – Full time position Stunning Gastro Pub in the Derbyshire Peak district is looking to recruit an experienced commis chef or Chef de Partie to join a strong brigade. Locally sourced produce cooked and presented to a high level.Looking to speak to experienced Commis chef or Chef de Parties with fresh food backgrounds. Monthly seasonal menus – all local produce Straight shifts – 45 hours a week Chef de Partie– The Role
  • You will play a major part in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce.
  • Running of starters and desserts section
  • You will also deputise in absence of the Sous Chef Chef de Partie– Experience
  • We are looking for Chef de Parties with a passion for food already used to delivering a high standard of food
  • You will ideally have worked in a similar Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce.
