CHEF DE PARTIE

We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an exceptional kitchen team for this beautiful countryside restaurant.

You will be passionate about fresh food and looking to work with a knowledgeable kitchen team, learn and progress.

Requirements:

A Commis Chef or Chef de Partie who has already gained plenty of experience working in a good quality, fresh food kitchen where you were creating the majority of dishes on site is needed to take on this position. An ambitious chef with the ability to follow instructions closely whilst working under pressure would be ideal.

This position has a standard three month probationary period.
