A traditional pub located in Northumberland is recruiting for a Chef de Partie with experience in Italian cuisine. A privately owned pub that has undergone refurbishment is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie for its Italian style restaurant. The pub offers classic Italian dishes cooked to a high standard and has an excellent reputation locally. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing freshly made dishes with an emphasis on pizzas, pasta and meats working in all sections in the kitchen. During the lockdown period the pub is serving a takeaway menu over 4 days which is proving popular and so requires a chef to cover those 4 days working straight shifts. Requirements: A Chef de Partie or very strong Demi Chef de Partie who has a proven track record of at least 2 years working in properties with similar qualities is required for this role. Chefs with experience of running their own section in the kitchen and making pizzas from scratch are needed to take on the position. An immediate start is available for this role but will require someone local to the property with access to their own transportation COVID-19 considerations : This property has re-opened following advice and procedures in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
