Chef de Partie Vacancy - Full and part time hours available - From £9.60 per hour plus tips - Rochdale - Extensive refurbishment

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and our beautifully newly refurbished pub; The Spring Inn, Heywood, Rochdale.

About The Role

As a Chef de Partie the key requirements are that you have a passion for cooking with fresh food, an eye for detail and consistency and can work well in a small team.

You’ll assist with Health & Safety in the Kitchen, manage and rotate your stock and oversee the running of your section.

Ideally you will have previous experience in the kitchen, be highly motivated and eager to develop your skills and progress to the next level. We love to promote great people from within, so there are always opportunities for progression within the business as well as other sites in the estate.

The Spring Inn is a modern, yet cosy pub located in a semi-rural location of Burnedge, Rochdale. It offers great food, cold beer, a warm welcome and an array of events throughout the week, bringing the whole community together.
