The Chef-de-Partie is a vital part in any kitchen.

As an independent fine-dining restaurant, each Chef-de-Partie will have great opportunities to develop their skills and showcase their talent. Working as part of a team to deliver the high quality food our customers expect.

The main section for the Chef-de-Partie:

  • Starters
  • Pizza Station
  • Salads
  • Desserts

The Chef-de-Partie can expect to help out in all areas of the kitchen throughout their shift.

Salary starts at £25,000.00 plus tips

Kitchen hours are:

  • Mon-Thurs (10:00-14:30)(17:30-22:00)
  • Fri-Sat(10:00-14:30) (17;30 -22.30)
  • Sunday (10:00-18:00)
