Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for Check-in Agents in partnership with DHL/EasyJet at Gatwick Airport. All roles offer fantastic hours, overtime opportunities and guaranteed perm contracts (subject to performance).

Please note: Due to shift timings/schedules, this role requires flexibility and is not suitable if you are a student with a fixed days of study.

What’s on offer:
  • Rate of Pay: £11.39 per hour (plus Holiday and Pension)
  • Hours: Full Time (30 hours or 40 hours)
  • Shift Pattern: 6 ON / 3 OFF (30/40 hours)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Consistently delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Hosting front of house
  • Processing customers prior to boarding
  • Working on various airline systems following different airline policies.
  • Ensure compliance in both airline and airport policies.

The ideal candidate:
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Both written and verbal English skills
  • Have a calm, friendly and professional manor
  • Be passionate about customer service
  • You must be able to provide 5-year checkable history to start working.
  • Must have a clean criminal record
