Chartered Building Surveyor

CS2an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team based in Edinburgh, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

In July 2021 CS2 was acquired by the RSK Group of Companies. RSK’s culture is very similar to that of CS2 and there are many synergies with our mutual guiding principle.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting meticulous building surveys, inspections, and comprehensive condition assessments.
• Producing expert schedules of condition and dilapidations reports.
• Identifying and winning new work through proven business development skills.
• Leading and managing projects from inception to successful completion.
• Providing valuable insights on property and construction matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered status (MRICS) with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Proven experience in building surveying and a demonstrable track record of winning work.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A dedication to delivering high-quality services and a commitment to excellence.
