Our unique concept involves personalised missions for affected individuals and families working collectively under one umbrella – My Mito Mission.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of our expansion plans and play a key role in taking the charity from strength to strength. The role is for a fixed term of 6 months but could be extended (subject to funding).

· Management of website shop orders through Wordpress (training will be provided).
· Sourcing, ordering and preparation of merchandise and mission support materials.
· Maintenance of product costs and valuation of stock sold or held by missions around the UK.
· Administration of new customer relationship management system including stock control once in place (install date estimated end of 2023).
· Management, development, and creation of social media content as part of PR team, with a view to eventually overseeing this aspect of the charity’s work.
· Ensuring the brand remains consistent throughout advertising, communications and policies.
· Creation of graphics and materials for new missions using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva: logo, images and leaflet as a minimum (training will be provided).
· Financial support including payment of invoices, garnering gift aid information and handling queries with finance team.
· Regular research and updates to website directory.
· Assistance with event planning including creating event kit lists and task plans.
· General administrative duties.

· Proficient IT skills and experience in the use of most Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel (including regular use of formulas). Experience of using a customer relationship management system would also be helpful.
· Great team player – happy to help others and ‘work outside the box’ occasionally.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic, eager and fast learner and is reliable and punctual.
· Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask.
· Preferably have a flair for design and experience using Adobe software, specifically Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator and Canva and Wordpress. However, training will be given to the successful candidate.
