As a Change Manager, you will own the delivery of change management activities for strategic projects within EY UK’s Core Business Services (CBS).

Your focus will be on ensuring that the people side of change is achieved in line with the CBS vision. You will demonstrate change leadership, promoting and educating on best practice change principles.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Directly shape and lead change management on major change initiatives.
  • Deliver a range of interventions required to successfully embed people change, including: personas, impact assessments, mindset and behaviour change approaches, communications plans, change networks, adoption plans, change effectiveness measurements and business readiness assessments.
  • Provide support, guidance and education to Project and Change Managers and wider Regional Operations stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of people change approaches for all projects.
  • Maintain oversight of project impacts, dependencies and populations impacted, initiating actions to minimize disruption to the business.
  • Help embed a spirit of change leadership, innovation and disruption in the CBS organisation and more widely within EY.
  • Develop & maintain strong business relationships with the CBS functions and wider stakeholder groups based on the needs of individual projects.

  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to think innovatively.
  • Ability to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, without detailed oversight.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (oral/written).

To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • 5 years+ experience managing the people side of change in a large organisation.
  • Formal change management qualification (APMG/Prosci etc.).
  • Experience of using Design Thinking/Hacks for developing change “nudges” is beneficial.
