ResponsibilitiesAccountable to plan and lead all change management activities for project work as directed by the Project Manager, working with Project Business Leads and others as required.
Responsible for providing expertise, guidance and coaching related to change management strategies, approach and related tools
Responsible for producing all Change Management project deliverables including but not limited to Change Management Plan, Training Plan, Business Readiness Assessments, Communications Plan.
Previous Business Change Management experience in a 365 Microsoft (SharePoint and Teams) related project with a successful change management plan and adoption strategy considered an asset.
Previous Business Change Management experience in an Enterprise Content & Records Management project considered an asset. QUALIFICATIONS
5 years experience as a Change Management Lead in a Business Transformation project
5 years experience in the Public Sector
Experience In a Microsoft Environment DURATION
6 months
