Mail Boxes Etc. based in Chipping Norton, is the UK & Ireland head office of the MBE Worldwide Group of companies, based in Milan – Italy. MBE is one of the world’s largest networks of conveniently located Service Centres offering shipping, logistics, printing, marketing and design solutions to business and private customers. The UK office supports a franchise network of over 150 stores with over 1,600 Worldwide. We are looking to recruit a Centre Manager for our Norwich store, with an aptitude for organisation and great communication skills. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We are keen to speak to individuals with a background in Office administration / Retail or even candidates who have great organisation skills, English communication skills and a customer facing background! You will be responsible for the smooth running of the store, assuring that world-class customer service, up selling & cross selling is provided and reporting back to our Head Office. Your duties will vary from interacting with customers in store, managing jobs (shipments, copy jobs etc.) to ensure completed on time to a high standard, resolving customer queries and complaints, monitoring the organisation and cleanliness of the centre, preparing reports and time sheets as well as other general duties and paperwork. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised candidate with the desire to learn new skills in a nice working environment.
