Due to continued and rapid growth, we are expanding our Central Reservations team based out of our head office in Alnwick, Northumberland.

The Successful Reservations Assistant Will
  • Be highly motivated with a real focus on customer service
  • Ideally have previous experience using a hotel reservations or central bookings system.
  • Be able to respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
  • Make accurate room bookings for our customers.
  • Have strong organisational skills.
  • Show initiative and the ability to manage their own workload and respond to changing priorities if needed.
